Church News:

(1) Sunday is Glen Arbor's annual Vision Sunday. We will be exploring the church's visions and goals for the coming year. Following the service, the church will join together as a congregation and share in a potluck together. After the meal we will take time to break bread and remember what the Lord has done for us. The church is providing the main dish and drinks, but will need you to bring a dish or dessert to share. Come hungry, leave encouraged.

(2) "First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people," I Timothy 2:1. This Saturday is the All Church Prayer Meeting. Come and join with the rest of the church in lifting up our requests to the Lord for our Families, Friends, and Country.

(3) The church is having two Christmas celebrations this year. The first is the Children's Christmas program and will be Sunday Dec 14. Come and see the Christmas play which has been written by and will be performed by the children. Second will be the traditional Christmas service. Join us as we sing Christmas carols led by the organ and remind ourselves of the true purpose of celebrating this holiday, "God with Us".

(4) Santa's Sleigh Holiday Program gift dropoff day is this Sunday at the Church. If you chose to bless a child through this program, please be sure to get you gifts to the church office. And if you haven't let Paula know whom you have picked, email or call her so we can be sure all of the children get a gift this holiday season.

(5) Glen Arbor is once again offering Christmas Poinsettias to be bought in honor or memory of loved ones. If you would like to order a poinsettia, please fill out the form in this Sunday's bulletin and return it to Paula with payment by Dec 14. The cost is $8.00 each. Don't forget to take it home after our Christmas program.
