Now is the time to join into fellowship with one of Glen Arbor's new Breaking of Bread meetings. These groups meet together for a meal, worship, prayer and communion. If you are not a member of a group, please take the time to pray about joining one.

Greg Standinger: 1st Sunday of every month:  1-3pm at Greg's House

Chris Biang: 1st and 3rd Monday of every month: 5:30-7:30pm at Chris's House

Mike Eichin: 1st Sunday of every month: 4:30-6:30pm at Mike's House

Tom Biang: Every Thursday night: 6-9pm at Tom's House

Dean Klapatch: 1st Sunday of every month: 6:15-8:00 pm at Dean's House

 

The church will once again be participating in the Samaritan's Purse shoe box gift program. If you are interested in helping put together a gift box for underprivileged children, contact Robin Klapatch for details. Shoe box collection will be taking place Sun Nov. 9 and Nov. 16. Also, Wed Nov. 19, Awana leaders and children will be working together to make as many gift boxes as possible.

 

Register by the 23rd. Saturday, Nov. 1 is our fall GCLI conference. This one day meeting is for leaders, aspiring leaders, or people who think they might want to be leaders some day. Ernie Coxey may be going home soon. Please pray that all of the arrangements will be made and that he will transition to live at home well.

 

Please continue to pray for Shahni's brother Brett as he is recovering from surgery to have a tumor removed. The doctor's were able to remove 40% of the tumor, and diagnosed that it was not cancerous. Pray for a quick recovery and that Brett and his wife would continue to seek answers to their spiritual questions.
