Church News:

Glen Arbor's Breaking of Bread small groups are up and running. These medium sized group meet several times a month to share a meal together, pray, break bread, and fellowship. For more information on being a part of one of these groups, please contact one of the group leaders, Chris Biang, Greg Standinger, Dean Klapatch, Mike Eichin, or Tom Biang, or contact the church office

This Wednesday is the second week of Awana. Don't forget! This is a great opportunity to invite your neighbors and kid's friends to come and see what Christianity is all about. There are clubs for kids ages 3-14, and coffee in the kitchen for parents who would like to check out the action.

Awana will be going out again this Sunday to pass out invitational door hangers. If you would like to help, please see Mike Eichin after church, or meet in the office at noon.

Saturday, Nov. 1 is our fall GCLI conference. This one day meeting is for leaders, aspiring leaders, or people who think they might want to be leaders some day. The topic of this time will be on educating our children and the Great Commission. To register, or for more information, go to www.gcnw.net and click on the GCLI link to the right.

The Encounter college retreat is coming up soon. This weekend time will be focused on deepening ones walk with their savior. Tom Short will be speaking. For more information about this retreat, see Tom Biang
